How are you able to technically screen candidates at a high level if you aren’t Developers:

No, we are not computer scientists, nor do we code. But we have acquired a comprehensive understanding of the technical ecosystem and the challenges companies go through at various levels of scale. From building the first MVP to modernising the architecture for quick releases, to enabling scale and optimising performance. We have been building and growing Technical Teams at all levels of growth; so can screen candidates accurately based on your growth journey at the time.

If you don’t hire anyone, do I really not pay anything?

That’s correct, we pride ourselves on only charging upon successfully placing someone! We don’t believe in charging customers for our time onsite, if our time onsite yields no results, you don’t pay anything! But we know we are the best and there are reasons for this, so its a very high chance we will be successful in hiring for you.

Do you only hire Software Engineers?

We are exceptional at hiring Software Engineering teams, but are equally exceptional at building entire Product Development teams, that means we can hire Product Managers, Product Designers and your entire Technical Team from, Front End, Back End, Infrastructure, Platform!
